PROGRAMME 2: INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND AFFAIRS
The purpose of this Programme is to position South Africa as a digital technological infrastructure and innovation hub leading on digital transformation to contribute to the digital economy.
It comprises the following sub-programmes:
- International Affairs;
- ICT Trade/Partnership; and
- Programme Management for International Relations and Affairs.
